Mr. Shayesteh holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. His areas of expertise cover a wide range of software development and RDBMS solutions for retail and medical applications. Mr. Shayesteh’s management and software development expertise span three decades.

Dr. Nasser M. Khraishi, CTO
Dr. Khraishi holds a PhD in Control Theory and Signal Processing from Stanford University. His areas of expertise include object-oriented programming, metrics-based software development, financial analytics, risk management, and numerical optimization. Dr. Khraishi held executive and management positions at different system integration, internet and software development firms. In paticular, Dr. Khraishi was a former VP of a high-end IT consulting firm, a VP of Engineering and B2B at a web portal; and financial risk management software development manager at SunGard.
